information, in terms of articles 2th, section I, 14th, 15th and 16th of the “Ley
Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares”
(hereinafter “LFPDPPP”).

personal data information. To exercise your rights, you must follow the following
process:
1) Send an email to the address: datospersonalesf1@cie.com.mx, providing your
full name, the legal relationship that you have with Make Pro, type of right which
you wish to exercise, identifying accurately the data for which you request access,
rectification, cancellation or opposition, or those in which decides to revoke your
consent, you will attach an official identification, such as INE voter credential,
Professional ID, passport, this is in order to identifying yourself.
2) Along with your written request, you can attach any document that you consider
relevant to your request. Any personal data information rectification, it is necessary
to inform accurately the modification that must be rectified, attaching the
documents that justifies your application.
3) Once your application has been received, will be sent an acknowledgement of
receipt with the date of receipt that corresponds. In the event that your written
request does not comply with the legal requirements, within five working days after
the receipt, you will be required to rectify your application, you will have a ten
working days, if not, it shall be deemed not filed.
4) In the event that your written request has sent in a nonworking day, in the
following business day will be consider as received.
5) Your written request will be answered via e-mail within a period of twenty
business days from the date of receipt. This period may be extended by twenty
additional days when there are reasons that justify it, this situation shall be notified
to the holder pursuant to article 97th of the regulations of LFPDPPP.
6) If your application is correct in accordance with the LFPDPPP and its
regulations, the access will be granted, or we will rectify or cancel your data, your
right of opposition will be granted or revoked your consent, within fifteen days after
our written response. This period may be extended fifteen additional days when
there are reasons that justify it, this situation shall be notified to the owner
according to the provisions of article 97th of the regulations of LFPDPPP.
7) According with articles 33 and 34 of the LFPDPPP, any access or delivery of
personal data will be through the email address that you (as owner of the persona
data information) provide us. In case that you requires that information will be given
in different way, you will cover only reasonable expenses of shipment and/or the
cost of copies or other application formats.
